Your health is very important. You have to take care of yourself, because like what Mr. Haymore said you only get this body, you wont get another one. Just take care of it now. Don’t wait until later. JUST DO IT NOW. 
I think wellness is a really difficult word to define, but I researched it and they said Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. There are many dimensions of wellness I will mention some of them.

1.   Social Wellness
2.   Spiritual Wellness
3.   Physical Wellness
4.   Emotional Wellness
5.   Environmental Wellness
6.   Mental Wellness

Social Wellness Facts
·      Approximately 20 percent of Americans feel lonely and isolated during their free time.
·      Laughter really is good medicine. A strong social network can create a good mood and enhance self-esteem.
·      People who are isolated are more susceptible to illness and they also have a death rate 2-3 times higher death rate than those who are not isolated


Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual wellness has to do with our beliefs, integrity, and values. We have to realize that rights, values and responsibilities might be hard, but it’s all worth it at the end. One of the things you could do to develop your spiritual values is to examine your own. Examine your respect, honesty, family, religion, health, education, and human life. Talk to others about spiritual wellness.

Well I could keep on going on about different wellness but what really matters is that you have to CHOOSE THE RIGHT!
It might be really hard at times for you too choose the right, but it’s the only thing that can really give you wellness, health, fitness and peace. YOU and your family need peace so CHOOSE THE RIGHT!
